Work Process

SIGN UP FOR ANY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK

Once you are ready to get started with your dedicated Virtual Assistant. Please select any virtual assistant plan from the Plans and Pricing page and make payment. Once payment is processed, you will receive a few emails from our operations team to discuss next steps and they will forward your details to our team.

SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT WITH TRUESKILLS

After receiving payment confirmation from the billing team. Our operations team will create your official account with the tasks management portal where you can manage tasks, hours, files, discussions, comments and feedback.

(Please note the portal is just to keep track of everything under one account. If you are comfortable sending tasks via Skype, email, chat or phone then there is no need to use the portal.)

DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT WITH OUR OPERATIONS MANAGER

All the Virtual Assistants and Team Leaders work under an Operations Manager. After your sign-up, our Operations Manager will give you a call or send you an email with an introduction and discuss your requirements in details. You may exchange a few emails before you are assigned to a dedicated virtual assistant.

INTRODUCTION TO YOUR DEDICATED VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

After the project discussion, our Operations Manager will match you to the best assistant for your requirements and sends you the details. Your assistant will have an educational background or work experience that is suitable for your requirements. You will receive an introductory email from your dedicated assistant and you can start your tasks discussion immediately.

Now you have all the details of your dedicated Virtual Assistant and other team members of Trueskills. You can assign tasks to your VA via phone, email, chat, Skype, Trueskills task management portal, or any other mode you prefer.
